Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol

 

Okay so Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol completely blew my mind hole! Literally.

I was excited to see this movie, but I gotta be honest I did not expect what was delivered a non stop action ride that totally had me holding my breath.

This Mission Impossible has to be in my opinion the best one in the series, no lie.

The action sequences were amazing and they kept coming. Just when you thought that the movie was going to slow down for a breather the film delivers more action and I think that is why I really liked this Mission so much it never gave me time to be bored.

The cast was excellent in their role. They complimented each other very well I must say and don't even get me started on the cool gadgets that they get to use in this film (for example the sweet gloves that helped Tom Cruise scale one of the largest buildings in the world) I want to know where I can get me a pair of those.

All in all best action movie of this year hands down.

The Artist

There are no words to describe how amazing this film is. But if I  had to choose just one it would be Fantastic!

The Artist truly is one of the most brilliant films I have ever seen. I know in almost all of my reviews I tend to say that, however this film is unlike anything you have ever seen.

For those of you who don't know, this is a silent film like they used to make way back in the 1920's.

When the film started off it was a bit different I won't lie, of course it was due to the complete silence.

However I noticed that after a while even though there was no dialogue, the story had no trouble being told because the acting was outstanding! Each scene was mesmerizing.

The Artist takes place in the late 1920's and is about George Valentin, a silent film actor who has a falling from grace when the motion pictures turn into what was known then as talking films.

Deciding that he wants no part of the change that has come to the silent films, George decides that he will continue on the legacy of silent films and make one of his own.

But on the eve of his silent film debut, one of the first talking films is being released and it stars non other than Peppy Miller the up and coming star who is about to take the talking pictures by storm.

George then loses everything including his credit as a silent film actor and almost gives up on life itself, that is until he meets Peppy who helps him transition into the new faze of stardom.

This movie recently won a Golden Globe for Best Picture not to mention Best Actor in a lead role which I will say was well deserved.

I would highly recommend this movie to anyone.

I Smurfin Love It!

The Smurfs is one fun filled movie that everyone in the family can enjoy.

I liked this movie, especially the cute smurfs. After seeing this movie I wanted to go get one for myself, however my wife told me that's not possible. Oh Well I'll settle for a stuffed version of one.

The Smurfs has some of the best animation and graphics Ive ever seen and that's what totally makes this movie what it is.

I never grew up watching The Smurfs and after seeing this movie I wish I would have.

The thing I loved about this movie is that it reminds me of something that you might watch on a Saturday morning while eating a bowl of cheerios, it was just fun and you didn't need to think much.

I did enjoy Neil Patrick Harris in his role as the lucky one who ends up having to make sure the smurfs make it home safely.

The evil Gargamel is played very well by Hank Azaria. He added some real laughs to the movie and not to mention his CGI Cat Sidekick.

If you think this movie is just for kids, think again.

You will Smurfin love it!
